Using Debloon

Debloon is provided as is and as available. We strive for reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content you submit

You retain rights to your content, but you grant Debloon a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, modify (for formatting or moderation), and otherwise operate the service with respect to content you submit (for example: profile text, debate messages, topics, and attachments).

Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community rules (see the Rules page) and any product-specific instructions shown in-app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that create risk or violate policy.

Termination

You may stop using Debloon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, or operational reasons, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Debloon and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
